Performance HQ: Your New Office Assistant

Performance HQ allows you to more easily create, manage, and run youth sports tournaments. Just as importantly, it makes managing and updating your web site a snap.

Our software can be integrated into your existing web site, or it can replace your entire site, fully customized. We currently offer our software in two configurations: Performance HQ, and Field General HQ for NCAA exposure tournaments.

With Performance HQ, you can use our simple control panel to quickly build a tournament complete with critical information including dates, times, admissions fees, venues, hotels, and directions. Next you can set early and regular registration fees and cutoff dates, so your customers can see all of the information they need to sign up for your event.

Teams cans sign up online, create multiple rosters, pick hotels, get directions and schedules, and most importantly, pay with a credit card. This means you get paid right away, without waiting for mail-in checks. If teams need to change their roster, they can quickly log in and do so without calling you. You can use the internal message system to easily contact the teams that have signed up, and deliver critical information.

Our software also gives you the ability to view reports to track the teams coming to your event or events. These reports can be printed or downloaded directly into Microsoft Excel®.

Critical information, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email of contact persons, coaches, and players are gathered and organized.
